while browsing ideas for our annual fourth of july party, i came across the most unusual cake.
instant inspiration on MY part. but inspiration without skill gets a girl nowhere.
what to do?
call AUSTIN, king of all things creative & artistic!
and so we experimented with the 'recipe' until we finally got it down.
our paper cake is made of top quality cardstock/scrapbooking paper and is trimmed out with coordinating grosgrain ribbon. remove the ribbon and the cake is 'pre-sliced' and ready to serve up as a fun party favor sure to please!
we filled ours with confetti, ribbon & candy. a fun & festive treat for the fourth!
we are currently putting our finishing touches on a baby shower cake & can't wait to share it with you!stay tuned :)
